house rules
appointment policy
clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. a 10-minute delay will incur a €5 fee. after a 15-minute delay, the deposit will be forfeited.
rescheduling policy
you may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the original appointment time. any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit.
if you reschedule a second time, your deposit will be forfeited.
cancellation policy
in the event of a cancellation, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. failure to do so will result in being charged the full cost of the service.
cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be billed in full.
for grillz appointments: no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 30% of the total grillz cost.
refund policy
deposits
all deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
in case the employee is sick or other reasons lead to postponing the appointment, the business reserves the right to refuse refunding the deposit.
cutoms grillz
all grillz are custom-made based on the client’s dental impression and personal specifications.
for this reason, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once production has started.
once the grillz are ready, full payment must be completed within one month. if payment is not completed within this period, an additional fee of €17 per week will be charged until the remaining balance is settled.
if a client decides not to proceed, does not collect the grillz, or changes their mind after production has begun, the remaining balance must still be paid in full. this covers the time, materials, and craftsmanship invested in the custom piece.
in case of refusal to pay, the outstanding amount will be transferred to a debt collection agency. any additional recovery costs will be charged to the client and may significantly increase the total amount due.
by placing an order and paying a deposit, the client agrees to these terms.
tooth gems
no refunds are offered on tooth gem services.
all tooth gems include a one-month warranty. if a gem falls off within this period, it will be replaced free of charge.
aftercare is provided to ensure longevity and optimal results.
no-show policy
if you are unable to attend your appointment and fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
payment
the cost of the service must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. If payment is not made, an invoice will be issued. in the event of a second reminder, a surcharge of 20% of the original fee will be applied. failure to settle outstanding invoices may result in the matter being referred to the Central Office for Judicial Collection.
age restriction
our services are available to clients aged 18 and over. clients under the age of 18 must provide parental or legal guardian authorization.
quality assurance

our gems are guaranteed not to tarnish or lose their sparkle, as we use only genuine Swarovski® crystals.
grillz are designed to easily click on and off your teeth; however, they should not be worn while eating or sleeping. please note that drinking or smoking while wearing them may cause discoloration or tarnishing over time.
we provide a one-year warranty on all grillz, which includes a complimentary polishing service.
in some cases, additional grip may be required to keep the grill secure. this depends on the shape of your tooth, flatter teeth may offer less grip. to support this, we supply Fixodent®, a tasteless dental adhesive paste, free of charge. this product is also available at most pharmacies.
