peroxide-free teeth whitening is a gentle whitening treatment without peroxide that gradually brightens the teeth and refreshes your smile. it is less advanced than american whitening, but a good option if you prefer a softer and more progressive whitening approach.
a desensitising treatment is included to help keep your teeth comfortable during and after the session.
the length of the session depends on your teeth and the result you would like to achieve:
• 100 minutes: for smokers and/or regular coffee drinkers
• 80 minutes: first-time whitening for a natural long-lasting result
• 60 minutes: first-time whitening for a lighter result
• 40 minutes: touch-up session
ideal for gentle whitening and maintaining a natural shade.
brush and floss your teeth, enjoy your favorite foods and drinks beforehand, and after the session, try to avoid colored or staining foods and drinks for 48 hours.
why can’t i consume soda, tomato, or other staining foods after whitening?
after whitening, your teeth are temporarily more porous and sensitive to pigments. this means they can absorb colors more easily, which may cause new stains.
foods and drinks like soda, tomato, coffee, tea, and red wine are highly pigmented or acidic, making them more likely to affect your results during this period.
it’s recommended to avoid them for 48-72 hours to maintain your whitening results.
can the effect of white(r) teeth go away?
yes and no. whitening removes existing stains permanently, but new stains can form over time depending on your habits and aftercare. proper maintenance is key to keeping your results.
can i whiten my teeth with tooth gems?
yes, you can. if you’re planning to do both, it’s best to whiten your teeth before getting your tooth gem for an even result. whitening after is also safe, just make sure to wait at least one week after your gem placement.
