⚠️ if your tooth gem has broken and the base of the crystal or the glue is still on the tooth, you must book a removal appointment first. we cannot place a new gem on top of existing residue.
1. the first type applies within the first month: if a gem* falls during this period, removal and replacement are covered under warranty and are free.
2. the second type applies after the first month: touch-ups are still possible, but they are no longer covered under warranty and will be treated as a paid repair.**

do i still have any adhesive left on my tooth?
if you are unsure whether there is still adhesive or crystal left on the tooth, you can send us a message for advice or try the nail technique: gently scratch the surface of the tooth with your nail. if you feel or see a small relief or bump, it means there is still residue present and it is important to book a removal appointment first.
*for gold gems, you must either bring back your original gold piece or replace it with a crystal. ** touch-ups (replacements at a lower rate) are only available for designs and flashes, not single crystals.
can i get a tooth gem (touch-up) if there’s still glue on my tooth?
no; if you still have glue left on your tooth, we can’t apply a new gem on top of it because the glue creates a barrier that prevents proper bonding, meaning the gem won’t stay in place for long.
BUT the good news is that we can now remove the remaining glue directly at the studio, so there is no longer a need to visit the dentist.
the removal process is painless, enamel-safe, and only takes a few seconds. it is the same as a professional polish at the dentist, leaving your tooth smooth and ready for a new tooth gem.
